Pay Rate: $96,000 - $131,000 Vantagepoint Data Operations Manager Delve Underground is seeking an individual with extensive Deltek Vantagepoint and data management/integration experience. This senior role is responsible for the maximization of ROI from our Deltek Vantagepoint ERP. The Data Operations Manager will understand and help maintain the system, identify and lead opportunities to further develop it, conduct staff training, write procedures, and promote widespread integration of Deltek into operational processes. Responsibilities: Support the transition from Vision to Vantagepoint. Post Vantagepoint transition, audit Delve Underground's Vantagepoint system and usage, identifying underutilized system capabilities, especially relative to operations that are currently performed outside of Deltek. Support Accounting, Project Controls, Marketing, and Human Resources with departmental operations and best practices within the Vantagepoint system, as well as responding to input from management and staff on system challenges and requests. Manage and support day-to-day data integration across different platforms (e.g., Vantagepoint and Paylocity) through use of APIs (Power BI or other applications) to ensure consistency of process and retention of integrity in conjunction with IT. This data integration capability should be in-house to the firm. Manage, build, and/or maintain reports and dashboards as needed, including standardized weekly, monthly, quarterly, and leadership reports. Using these tools, audit status of data entry and identify needed upkeep. Monitor data hygiene and identify opportunities to improve data quality. Analyze data to identify valuable trends and insights. Develop a strong understanding of Delve Underground's engineering project management and project controls systems and requirements to inform Vantagepoint use on our projects. Assist with the full implementation of the Resource Planning and CRM modules in Vantagepoint and the transition of prior processes to those modules. Develop, define, and document training and process procedures using written manuals, quick reference guides, video and in-person tutorials for Vantagepoint and other software.
