Supports zone facilities directors and their teams through planning, collaboration, and administrative responsibilities. Helps to ensure team business process is in place and supported through regular actions and reporting. Collaborates on scheduling, organizes travel, and processes expense reporting. Engages across teams to support the Starbucks partner experience.

As a coordinator sr , you will…

  • Coordinates travel and events for zone facilities directors and their teams.

  • Collaborates with zone facilities directors, peers, and internal/external partner on scheduling and calendar management.

  • Leads small scale team projects, provides reporting on team business process, and processes business expenses.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • 2-3 years of experience supporting multiple senior managers and/or teams

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
