Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Medical Recruiter in Seattle, Washington. The role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring experienced and skilled healthcare professionals. A Medical Recruiter will be tasked with designing and implementing recruitment strategies, advertising job openings, screening potential candidates, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements

• Create and post job advertisements on various online and offline resources

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates

• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

• Coordinate and conduct background checks and drug screenings

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in healthcare recruitment

• Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions for recruitment purposes

• Participate in career events, job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

• Onboard new employees to ensure they are fully integrated into the team

• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, CRM, Paylocity, and other necessary tools for effective recruiting processes.

Please note that the ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong networking skills, effective communication abilities, and a talent for assessing individual capabilities and team fit. Requirements • Proficient knowledge and experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Careerbuilder for sourcing and tracking candidates

• Proficiency in using CRM software for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data

• Ability to conduct thorough background checks to ensure the credibility of potential candidates

• Familiarity with HealthCare.gov and its regulations

• Understanding of various hiring processes and ability to implement them effectively

• Experience with Paylocity for managing payroll and human resources functions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Previous experience in a medical recruitment role is advantageous

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
