STS CONSTRUCTION Carpenter - Multifamily/Mixed Use New Construction in Seattle, Washington

Pay Rate: $30-$40hr DOE

What Does A Carpenters Day Look Like?
General Carpentry - Safety rails, temporary stairs and ramps, etc.
Assisting subcontractors with carpentry as needed
Assisting the Assistant Superintendent with site coordination
Pickup Framing
Finish Carpentry
As a carpenter you will be working with the Assistant Superintendent on carpentry and site coordination on Multi-Family projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
+3 years of experience in carpentry
Must own your own hand tools
Must know how to read plans and structural specifications
Must be comfortable operating forklifts and other machinery - training and certification will be provided if necessary
Must be comfortable working in the street flagging - training and certification will be provided if necessary
Valid driver's license
Dependable transportation
Concrete experience is a plus
Grading/Laser experience is a plus
Street use or flagging experience is a plus
Job Site Locations: North-South Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
