We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Intelligence Data Engineer to join our diverse team of collaborators, doers, and problem-solvers who are relentlessly committed to delivering elite products. As a key member of our finance business intelligence division, you will play a meaningful role in improving our software capabilities, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with stakeholders across various business units. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile will be vital for success in this role. You will help improve our financial planning capabilities as our business continues to grow, and we launch our transformation of the finance organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust data pipelines integrating multiple data sources usingDatabricks,AWS Redshift, and other cloud services. Design and implement complexSQLqueries and data structures to support financial analysis and reporting. UtilizePythonand other programming languages to automate data processes and improve data models. Collaborate with finance analysts to understand their data needs and deliver BI solutions that aid in financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality checks and continuous monitoring. Build tools and workflows that empower rapid iteration and repeatable results. Craft documentation covering usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our data platform components. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BI technologies, suggesting and implementing improvements to our BI systems. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BI engineering role, preferably within a finance or aerospace environment. Understanding and experience with modern software practices such as version control systems, CI/CD workflows, test-driven development. Advanced knowledge of Databricks,AWS Redshift,SQL,Python, and other relevant BI tools and programming languages. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders Compensation range for onsite WA applicants is $141,480- $198,072 Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis un
