We're seeking an Art Director to lead our rebranding initiative shaping the future of our brand identity. You'll be working with the Creative Director to oversee the new brand identity rollout. Responsibilities:

• Execute the rebranding across various channels including social media email campaigns advertising materials templates and more.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing design product and leadership to ensure alignment and consistency in branding efforts.

• Plan project timelines and budgets and allocate appropriate creative resources to projects.

• Contribute to the planning and design of compelling new site content and user experiences.

• Maintain high standards of design excellence and ensure all creative deliverables meet brand objectives and are executed flawlessly.

• Lead Rebranding Efforts: Spearhead the rebranding initiative for Amazon Business overseeing the development and implementation of new brand guidelines and visual identity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sr design or art direction role with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful rebranding projects and proficiency across various design mediums.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Figma and other relevant design software/tools.

• Ability to collaborate with a team of creatives fostering a supportive and innovative work environment
