Account Manager Position Overview The Account Manager will support to global partners. This role involves completing a high volume of varying tasks and projects and the ability to prioritize work effectively. This is a 6-month, 40 hours per week contract role. Key Responsibilities
Effectively communicate and give world-class customer service and support to global partners.
Partner cross-functionally with various business teams to create new policies and processes that ensure a great experience for our partners and improve satisfaction metrics.
Work globally and cross-functionally to represent partners best interests at every step in the process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in account management customer service, relationship management, publishing environment or marketing support
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Experience managing a reactive, ticket-based request system, preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
