As a Banquet Food Server, you will be integral to our success, providing outstanding guest service by delivering food and beverages with a smile. Essential Job Functions: Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness Thoughtfully prepare banquet tables with the perfect setup as detailed in the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to create an inviting and memorable experience Deliver guests' food and beverage with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction After each function, reset the banquet room as specified in the BEO or per given instructions to ensure it's perfectly prepared for the next event Ensure the banquet facilities are impeccably organized after each event by replenishing and properly storing all condiments and supplies Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all banquet facilities Physical Demands: Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs Manual dexterity of hands to use food and beverage equipment Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the meeting spaces and kitchen areas Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or its equivalent Experience: Minimum of 1 year Banquet Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required Food Handlers Certification required Qualifications Licenses & Certifications Alcohol Service (required) Food Service (required) Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
