Kelly Services is seeking a dynamic and organized Document Control Assistant to join a dynamic Chemical supply company in Seadrift, TX

Document Control Assistant

Seadrift TX

Full-Time, On-Site (6-12 month contract role)

Monday-Friday, approx. 7:30am - 4:00pm

Pay Rate: Based on Experience (between $18-$24/hr)

Job Description:

The Role of the Document Control Assistant is to make sure the paperwork is done correctly. This person assists in the storage and retrieval of PPM data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update the appropriate files

  • Document the PPM program

  • Retrieve stored PPM data and present manageable information for analysis of PPM data.

  • Document the improved maintenance operating discipline

  • Assist in the development of training material.

  • Document and retrieve job plan as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience in an Document control related position, preferably in a related industry.

  • Exceptional proficiency in EDM systems, SAP and Microsoft Office Programs.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to Update and retrieval of maintenance information

  • Reliable with a professional appearance and excellent work ethic.
