We are seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney to join our mid-sized law firm team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role will require you to handle high-conflict, high-net worth cases, and manage both new and existing cases. Your 5+ years of expertise in family law will contribute to the efficient operation of our legal team and the successful resolution of our clients' legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of family law cases, including high-conflict and high-net worth cases

• Manage both new and existing cases effectively, ensuring all necessary actions are taken promptly

• Use case management software and legal software like LexisNexis for efficient case handling

• Prepare and present legal documentation, including briefings and civil litigation documents

• Handle complaint administration and claim administration processes

• Provide legal advice to clients, representing them in court when necessary

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a comprehensive, team-oriented approach to case handling

• Continually update your knowledge of family law and related legal matters

• Ensure all legal actions comply with local, state, and federal laws.

Requirements

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona and live in the Phoenix / Scottsdale area as this role requires you to be in-office.

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer.

• Proficient in using legal software such as LexisNexis and Case Management Software.

• Experience in case briefing and managing legal documentation.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Litigation and Family Law.

• Proven ability to handle client complaints and administer claims.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High ethical standards and professionalism, respecting the confidentiality of client information.
