Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is a remote position reporting to the VP of Informatics and is responsible for complete lead generation activities, seeking new clients and completing the process from start to finish, including scheduling appointments and presenting capabilities to drive qualified sales opportunities that result in revenue generation. ISRs are responsible for contacting current customers or prospects via phone, email or teleconferencing to present NeoGenomics oncology diagnostic testing capabilities. The ISR is responsible for identifying new opportunities through cold calling, attending trade shows or through mailing lists.

Candidates must live in the CA, WA, OR, ID, UT, NV, AZ

Position Objectives:

Conducting and streamlining innovative prospecting efforts through onsite visits, outbound email, phone, and social media messaging to existing accounts and prospects

Researching and qualifying leads through various channels, including online research

Serve as first point of contact for inbound leads, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are nurtured, qualified, and converted to live opportunities utilizing tech stack

Generate interest in NeoGenomics products, develop new accounts, and/or proactively expand existing accounts

Clearly articulate the value proposition of Informatics products and services to potential customers

Assessing the suitability and level of interest of leads by asking qualifying questions.
