Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is crucial to our operations, as you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth running of the office, and enhancing efficiency. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires skills in customer service, Microsoft Outlook, and office functions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

• Utilize customer service skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

• Use Microsoft Outlook for email communication, scheduling, and task management.

• Handle office functions, including but not limited to, managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring the office environment is organized and conducive to work.

• Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining a high level of trust and integrity.

• Collaborate with other team members on projects and initiatives as required.

• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload efficiently.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as necessary.

• Conduct research and gather information as directed by executives.

• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the office. Requirements • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar

• Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to perform various office functions such as managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Proactive problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
