Translate customer business needs into well-defined user stories through a consistent process of building collaborative relationships, analyzing, and modeling requirements, and ensuring that designs and implementations fully meet defined business objectives. Act as key contributor to multiple scrum teams and serve as technical liaison to the Product Manager, the business product owner, and the technology development team. Support, develop, and analyze highly transactional, mission-critical, enterprise-level applications. Create/maintain project documentation and resiliency/supportability acceptance criteria. Schedule regular check-in meetings with product owners or key business stakeholders to ensure alignment on business request and to discuss iteration roadmap progress and priorities. Assist architects with process and application flow diagrams and documentation. Assist test engineering with development of test cases, running tests, and provide subject matter support during testing efforts. Assist with root cause analysis and analysis/management of defects. Assist in API documentation and data mapping. Assist software development teams from project inception to launch, ensuring that the business needs are met. Act as project/feature subject matter expert. Research and recommend process and tool improvements. May work remotely up to 40% of time within commuting distance of job location.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related field and 4 years of experience. Experience must include: flow diagram software such as Lucid Chart or Visio; database management system technologies and tools; and SQL queries. Skill set does not need to be maintained for the full term of required experience.
