Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to be a part of our team. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing complex payables, customer billing, and handling operational issues. The role also involves working with various software and accounting systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee high-volume payables, including purchase orders and operational issues.

• Manage relationships with a variety of vendors, including those involved in international operations.

• Take charge of customer billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Engage with non-accounting personnel such as operations management, vendors, and customers to gather necessary supporting data and answer their queries.

• Ensure proper account coding is maintained across all transactions.

• Process high-volume 1099 forms accurately and efficiently.

• Assist in external audits as required.

• Participate in ad hoc projects as necessary.

• Uphold our internal processes and controls to maintain the integrity of our operations.

• Utilize various software, our ERP, and accounting systems for posting journal entries and importing data.

• Use your skills in Account Coding, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, Data Processing, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accrual Accounting, Auditing, Automated Clearing House (ACH) to perform your daily tasks. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 3 years experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Proficiency in account coding is required

• Experience with accounting software systems is mandatory

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is needed

• Proficiency in Concur software is desirable

• Able to perform data processing tasks effectively

• Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions is essential

• Must have experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Knowledge of accrual accounting is necessary

• Auditing experience is a must

• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is desirable
