JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. The general purpose of the Maintenance Mechanic B is to do daily machine inspections, Communicate with operators on a daily bases about maintenance issues, Daily preventative maintenance on equipment, Communicate issues on equipment to the maintenance Manager, Supervisor, or lead. Perform other daily tasks that they are assigned. Daily rounds communicating with operators about issues they may have with the equipment. Understanding the Operators are the maintenance department\'s customers. Work in a safe manner, always following OSHA and Company safety rules. Be aware of safety issues when or potential safety issues when going through the plant. Lead by example when working safe. Work well with other employees and maintain a positive attitude when discussing a break down with other employees or when given work assignments. Demonstrate teamwork towards your fellow employees and management.
