SERVICE FIRST STAFFING CNC Programmer in SCHOFIELD, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are currently looking for self-motivated machinists who take pride in the work they produce and have experience running CNC boring bars, CNC vertical boring mills, and CNC lathes. Positions are available for 2nd shift (Monday Thursday 2:00 pm - 12:00 am). Starting pay for experienced machinists \$25-\$30+/Hr. Expert Candidates are those with advanced skills: Technical abilities to run 3 and 5 Axis Machines Programming from solid models using Fusion 360 (CAM Software) Routinely hold +- .0005 Can independently write, prove and edit programs (CNC programming must know g code and or Heidenhain conversational) Be proficient with setting up parts ranging from 0.5 pounds to 20,000 pounds Can proficiently run CNC lathes or mills Working knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain controls Confidentially and safely use riding forklifts and rig parts 500-40,000 pounds to move with crane Computer proficiency to be able to complete necessary paperwork in ERP system to keep jobs moving through shop Has a working knowledge of Fusion and CAD programs Welding experience using MIG & TIG ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Take initiative to complete tasks (be willing to jump in and help with whatever needs being done) Be self-motivated Excellent problem solver Team player be willing to learn from veteran staff, is able to work with others on the same machine i.e. sharing machine/project from one shift to next Desire to contribute positively to productivity and efficiency of shop Have mechanical knowledge to be able to help perform maintenance on machines Organized and clean will keep work area and machines clean, put tools away and keep work space tidy Punctuality showing up to work and at machine ready to work at shift start Communicates absences, issues with machine, out of tolerance situations and/or any other job-related information that is pertinent to production, safety and efficiency in shop. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: Tracyk@service1ststaffing.com Call For Appointment: 715-898-1275 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
