We are seeking a Program Analyst Admin Support SME, to support our team in Satellite Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties and meet the following qualifications.
Duties:
Responsible for providing support and program analysis for the Executive Directorate and Research Directorate.
Assists in planning and evaluating programs to include prioritization across the Institute.
Provides scheduling assistance and deconfliction as needed.
Possesses expert knowledge in business and office procedures.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, and Project.
Familiar with government travel system.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree
Minimum of 5-years of experience in the field or in a related area. Experience may be substituted for degree level.
Preferred Education:
Master's degree in appropriate discipline
Program management experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
