We are seeking a Program Analyst Admin Support SME, to support our team in Satellite Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties and meet the following qualifications.

Duties:

  • Responsible for providing support and program analysis for the Executive Directorate and Research Directorate.

  • Assists in planning and evaluating programs to include prioritization across the Institute.

  • Provides scheduling assistance and deconfliction as needed.

  • Possesses expert knowledge in business and office procedures.

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, and Project.

  • Familiar with government travel system.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree

  • Minimum of 5-years of experience in the field or in a related area. Experience may be substituted for degree level.

    Preferred Education:

  • Master's degree in appropriate discipline

  • Program management experience

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
