The successful Ecommerce Manager will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in ecommerce management. This role will have a direct impact on all things ecommerce across platforms and products throughout all Bethel owned or affiliated companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ecommerce Strategy and Execution:

o Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing goals.

o Manage all aspects of the ecommerce business including website design, customer service, web analytics, web technologies, and web campaign management.

• Website and Retail Site Content Management:

o Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, as well as external retail sites that sell our products, ensuring content is consistent, cohesive, and optimized.

o Ensure that both internal and external online presences are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimized for search engines, enhancing SEO performance across the board.

• SEO and Performance Optimization:

o Develop and implement SEO strategies for all product pages and digital content across our own site and external retail platforms to maximize visibility and sales conversions.

o Regularly review and adjust SEO tactics based on performance metrics and industry trends to ensure top search engine rankings and optimal user engagement.

• Sales and Performance Analysis:

o Monitor and analyze performance metrics and sales data from both our website and external retail platforms to gauge effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

o Generate monthly reports on ecommerce metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to enhance online sales performance.

•Marketing and Promotion:

o Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to integrate online strategies with broader marketing campaigns.

o Coordinate with marketing teams to create and implement promotional campaigns tailored for the online market, including those hosted on external retail sites.

• Customer Experience and Relationship Management:

o Enhance user experience by ensuring that all ecommerce touchpoints—both on our site and on external retail sites—are customer-friendly and meet our standards.

o Address customer service issues related to ecommerce promptly, improving service protocols and response strategies as needed.

• Vendor and Inventory Management:

o Work closely with product teams and vendors to ensure that inventory is stocked and updated in line with demand and marketing objectives on all platforms.

o Negotiate with suppliers and third-party service providers to enhance product offerings and improve profit margins on our website and external retail sites.

• Other related duties will be assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

o Proven experience (3+ years) in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role, with specific expertise in SEO and multi-platform content management.

o Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, SEO, web analytics, and web technologies.

o Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

o Experience in managing and directing a team, with strong leadership skills.
