The Senior FP&A Analyst – LATAM will work directly with FP&A Manager LATAM with focus on generating accurate financial analyses, monthly forecasting processes, annual budget cycle, development of models and tools to help business growth and strategic support for regional and global goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Forecasting:

  • Prepare financial planning and monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with local, regional, and global goals.

  • Consolidate and analyze financial data from Latin America, identifying trends and opportunities.

  • Help on coordination of budget cycle in Brazil and be support of Regional FP&A for budget consolidation in the region.

  • Ensure forecasting processes are aligned with regional and global guidelines, with consistent and accurate reporting.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed financial reports that support strategic decision-making.

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and provide practical recommendations to optimize financial results.

  • Ensure analyses comply with corporate and regulatory policies.

  • Evaluate New projects and Investment Opportunities for Brazil and support Regional FP&A leadership on big projects evaluation.

  • Support Regional FP&A on assessment/analysis of: Bookings and Shipments Reconciliations, Backlog Reconciliation, Backlog Rollforward, WCT assessment by country and Salesforce funnel analysis by Country/Region.

  • Inventory and Accounts Receivable assessment to identify potential impacts coming from E&O and Bad Debt for Brazil and support Regional FP&A on other countries.

  • Review of business performance review by product type and vertical in Brazil and support Regional on other countries of LATAM.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Implement improvements in financial processes, increasing efficiency and visibility.

  • Promote best practices and ensure compliance with local and international standards.

  • Identify opportunities and help in application of automatization tools for FP&A and Finance department.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields (MBA or Post-Graduation is a plus).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in medium to large multinational companies.

  • Advanced analytical skills, including financial modeling and data consolidation.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, Onestream, Hyperion, etc) and advanced financial tools.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills at various organizational levels.

  • Analytical problem solving and decision making

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
