Job Description

The Business Operations team is looking for a Senior Business Operations analyst to join the High-Tech LOB with a focus on Startups and Artificial Intelligence (AI). We are seeking a dynamic, analytical professional with strong relationship-building skills who can strategically support cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with different teams to drive growth and operational efficiency.

This role will play a key part in managing sales performance metrics, supporting the sales team, and developing strategies to maximize opportunities within the AI ecosystem, ensuring alignment with key business objectives and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Operations or Sales Advisory, preferably in Cloud and AI.

• Support executives on daily, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

• Strong knowledge of the technology industry (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, Multicloud, AI).

• Ensure adoption of region processes and reports.

• Monitor Account and Territory Planning execution to high standards.

• Support executives in QBR presentations.

• Lead cadences, analyze KPIs, provide recommendations, and track action plan execution.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL (experience with BI tools).

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in sales planning and forecasting.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
