Job Summary:

Area responsible for developing material with the analysis of the category, customer profile and what are the opportunities for the customer to convert into sales.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Content Creation (Sell In Story);

Develop planograms: receive an analysis made by the Retail Marketing staff with all the products that need to go to the points of sale and this intern must assemble the planogram, which consists of planning the organization of the product on the shelf;

Hold a meeting with customers: From the data that is sent by the customer, a sales history is made to understand how he is in the market, in this meeting planogram and sell in story are presented.

Organization and segmentation of customer sales bases;

Support to the development of analyses focused on the Challenges and Opportunities for the categories of the various segments of the company through the analysis of different Key Performance Indicators and market information;

Construction of bases for assortment recommendation;

Support in the generation of planograms through internal tools;

Monitoring of Share of Shelf, Share of Market and other category performance indicators.

Requirements:

Students of Business Administration, Production Engineering, Marketing and Advertising (with a more analytical bias) or related areas;

Minimum training scheduled for June/2026;

Study at night;

Availability to intern from 9 am to 4 pm in the region of Vila Mariana - South Zone;

Hybrid (3x in the office; 2x in the home office);

Intermediate Excel (basic formulas, charts, pivot table, VLOOKUP);

Intermediate English (makes presentations to clients).

Good logical reasoning/ Analytical skills;

Lots of desire to learn/Ownership;

Good development in analysis/strategy;

Commitment/Responsibility.

Differential:

Knowledge in Spaceman, Microsoft Access, Dunnhumby, Nielsen, Symphony.

Scholarship:

R$1,800.00 (1st, 2nd and 3rd year)

R$2,000.00 (from the 4th year)
