O time de Varejo da Amazon Brasil está em busca de um Especialista de Desenvolvimento de Contas para gerenciar uma carteira de novos fornecedores. Essa pessoa será responsável por analisar a causa raiz de problemas relacionados à cadeia de suprimento e propor soluções, negociar preços para incrementar as vendas de fornecedores no site da Amazon Brasil, cuidar da expansão de seleção de produtos em categorias, e desenvolver relacionamento com os fornecedores em longo prazo. Essa posição traz também o suporte em gestão de inventario, geração de previsões, lançamento de novos produtos, precificaçaõ e condução de análises para identificação de oportunidades de impulsionamento de crescimento dos fornecedores e da Amazon no Brasil.

Deverá ser capaz de conduzir métricas operacionais de forma eficaz, cumprir os SLAs e superar metas comerciais ambiciosas, interagindo com parceiros internos de negócios e operações.


Amazon’s Retail Team is looking for a dynamic and talented Associate Account Specialist to achieve the business/operations goals for vendors in the Brazil marketplace. The Associate Account Specialist will be responsible for root causing supply chain issues, negotiating on prices to increase vendor sales in Amazon, expand selection from the vendors, and develop business relationship with vendors in the long run.

The Associate Account Specialist position offers an introduction to our online retail business and a broad training ground for future success. This person is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver, and is able to balance the needs and requirements of both Amazon.com and strategic vendors. He or she must be able to effectively drive operational metrics, meet the SLAs and exceed ambitious business goals by engaging with internal business and operations partners.

Key job responsibilities

· Work with the vendors to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools.

· Work with the vendors to improve selection, profitability and help their business grow

Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of their products.

· Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion.

· Execute tasks geared towards adding selection, reducing defects, increasing revenue and reducing costs for our customers.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Excel

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • Experience with digital advertising and client facing roles experience;

  • Experience with sales or account management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts

  • Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
