We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about learning new technical skills in software development and test technology. The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Being a full stack web developer.

  • Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and solutions used in the development, validation, and/or debugging of software products.

  • Developing frameworks consisting of multiple frontend, backend, and database technologies running at scale 24/7 with cleanly designed RESTful APIs.

  • Providing interfaces and integrations with Intel tools and databases to be leveraged in CI pipelines.

  • Continuously improving and Operationalizing quality standards for Intel IT teams.

  • Identifying and building solutions that integrate AI and Automation to accelerate software delivery by Intel IT teams

  • Identifying automation opportunities to accelerate time to information for making product ship/don't ship decisions.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates . Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or similar field. Must have the required degree or expect the required degree by June 2025.

  • 1+ years of experience with the following skills:

  • Strong understanding of software development best practices for the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source code management, build processes, CI/CD, and operations.

  • Experience developing in JavaScript.

  • Strong knowledge of software testing best practices.

  • Experience writing and implementing manual and automated tests at the unit, system, integration, and regression level.

  • Experience with test planning and test strategy development.

  • Experience using industry standard test and defect management systems, especially Jira and Zephyr Scale.

  • Experience working on an Agile team (e.g. Scrum or Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • 1+ years of experience with the following skills:

  • Experience implementing both UI and API test automation using tools such as Cypress, UiPath, Selenium, Postman, etc.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with additional modern scripting languages such as Python.

  • Experience with Windows/Unix/Linux shell scripting

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$96,360.00-$136,040.00

S al ary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
