Applied Materials Program Manager for Strategic Planning in Santa Clara, California

The Strategic Planning Program Manager is responsible for facilitation and execution of strategic planning process and meetings. This role collaborates with stakeholders across the company, recommends process improvements, manages meeting logistics, and facilitates effective communications to enable successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and drive execution strategic planning process timelines, deliverables, and meetings with strong attention to detail and minimal oversight.

  • Plan and oversee on site execution of meetings and events, including logistics, catering and attendee management.

  • Develop effective communications materials and communications calendar.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and support functions.

  • Close the loop on required actions in timely fashion.

  • Manage group calendar and assist with budget planning.

  • Propose process improvements for scalability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in program management.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with communication channels and platforms.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Travel less than 20% of time

U.S. Salary Range:

$100,000.00 - $137,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
