Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Loan Closer with expertise in private money lending, TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) compliance, and loan closing procedures. In this remote position, the Loan Closer will be responsible for managing the loan closing process, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with regulatory guidelines. This role involves coordinating with borrowers, lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely loan closings and fund disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, process, and prepare loan documents for private money lending transactions.

• Ensure compliance with TRID regulations, ensuring that all disclosures are provided accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with borrowers, underwriters, and title companies to ensure smooth loan closing.

• Verify loan application details, credit reports, and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Prepare and submit loan files for approval, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Handle communication with clients to resolve any questions or issues related to the loan process.

• Maintain accurate records and updates in the loan management system.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of loan closing, funding, and post-closing processes is a must

• Proven experience as a Loan Processor in private money lending or a similar field.

• Strong understanding of TRID regulations and loan closing procedures.

• Ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Proficient in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in private money lending or hard money loans.

• Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and loan products.
