We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled visual communicator with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles. You will play a crucial role in crafting visually compelling assets that effectively communicate key messages to our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. You will work closely with our creative team to develop engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and enhances the overall communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design a wide range of visual materials including, but not limited to, digital and print advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and solution briefs.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.

  • Create original designs that effectively communicate our brand message and elevate the visual appeal of our products and services.

  • Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect graphics and illustrations that maintain consistency across all platforms.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve the quality of our visual assets.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on creativity or quality.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our innovation office efforts.

  • Provide constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across various mediums.

  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to team members.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful designs.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics (preferred but not required).

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $78,400 - $121,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
