About the role
Carrier Corporation is looking for a highly motivated and results driven individual to join the Commercial Airside (AHU) New Product Development team. You will work on design of new products and options to support the growth of the Commercial Airside business. As part of the AHU team you will work with other departments including Product Management, Manufacturing and other R&D teams to continually improve the quality of the product offering.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Test Engineer - Perfomance (HVAC) you’ll be responsible for:
Executing of Electrical and Performance Tests based on UL 60335-2-40, AHRI 210/240, ASHRAE 41.2 (Flow Measurement), AHRI / DOE Rating & Performance, and any Carrier reliability tests.
Performing test reports, ensuring that the measured results are real and true, as well as compliance with test execution times.
Ensuring Laboratory Certification by UL, ISO and ETL.
Promoting the execution and compliance of Continuous Improvement tools / 5's.
Supporting Sustaining, Engineering, Operations and NPD department for the different projects for continuous improvement of the company and company developments.
Requirements
We are looking for people who are team player and have troubleshooting skills. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
BA/BS degree in Engineering: IMC, IEC, IE, IME
Must be fluent in Spanish and English (written and oral).
Excellent communication skills
