Aston Carter Customer Account Coordinator in Santa Ana, California

  • Process incoming orders using our internal CRM and ERP software systems.

  • Efficiently manage invoices and purchase orders for seamless transactions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, providing personalized support.

  • Contribute to process improvements and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience using CRM and ERP software for order processing (training provided if necessary).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Customer-centric attitude with a dedication to resolving issues effectively.

  • Detail-oriented mindset for accurate data entry and record-keeping.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or customer service is a plus.
