Adecco is hiring immediately for Accounts Receivable Specialists in Irvine! These are temp-to-hire opportunities that offer a pay rate of $18-$20/hr.

An Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining a company's incoming payments and ensuring accurate financial records. Key duties include:

  • Invoice Management : Generating and sending invoices to customers.

  • Payment Processing : Recording and processing incoming payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.

  • Account Reconciliation : Reconciling accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy.

  • Collections : Following up with clients on overdue accounts, managing collections, and resolving payment discrepancies.

  • Customer Communication : Communicating with customers regarding their accounts, payment terms, and resolving any issues.

  • Reporting : Preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports and status updates.

  • Compliance : Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

This role typically requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
