Responsibilities

• Assign jobs to manufacturing production team members based on their skill level, the job, and the schedule.

• Manufacturing production line experience required.

• Verify that all required parts are kitted and supplied to the workstation.

• Setup workstations with all tooling and parts to enable production.

• Drive lean manufacturing methodologies in all activities for the production floor.

• Responsible for compliance of continuous improvement initiatives for the production floor. • Track and suggest process improvements to Engineering and Management.

• Train production associates in all required skills needed for production.

• Monitor production efficiencies in real-time and make necessary adjustments.

• Electronics manufacturiing background preferred but not required

• Dependable work ethic

• Positive and professional demeanor

The essential functions of this role include:
