We are looking for a highly skilled User Experience Product Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key UX initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centric design, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding outcomes. In this role, you will be collaborating with product, design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to gather requirements, manage Jira backlogs, and help deliver product demos to be used company wide.

UX Product Managers are versatile and passionate about taking on new problems to push the process forward. They are comfortable wearing many hats and get excited about working across discipline lines to develop products used by millions of people every day. You have a passion for user experience, accessibility and improving our end customers' experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to build, maintain, and curate the roadmap and Jira backlog for our sales demo development team.
  • Develop our new "rapid customer impact" program that will have a focus on Accessibility, Usability and UX Enhancements.
  • Manage our Accessibility Program and Consultant relationship, as well as track the accessibility fix backlog with our Product Managers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define product scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure products are completed on schedule and according to company priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between the UX team and other departments to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to keep products on track.

Minimum qualifications/ Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management.
  • 8+ years working in an Enterprise software development environment.
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
