Business Development Manager Data Centre
Description

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders within the Distribution Business Segment to develop and support new business proposals. In this role, here are some of the ways you will make an impact:
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborating with the engineering design, project management and global business development teams, determining the best value Cummins can offer to suit the requirements of the Data Center customers.
Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals, complying with relevant company and country guidelines and legislations.
Supports the overall sales strategy through good communication and coordination across the sales organization.
Mentoring to support with the development of less experienced sales and account team staff.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Previous experience in a business development or sales role with commercial acumen.
Technical background is necessary with knowledge in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Adaptable approach with outstanding communication and teamwork skills, capable of working on complex projects.
Previous experience within Data Centre sector is beneficial.
You will be rewarded with:
£47,600 - £59,500 (depending on experience)
