Tsubaki Quality Assurance Technician in SANDUSKY, Ohio

Essential Duties and *Responsibilities *
- The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description-other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.
- Perform inspection processes.
- Work with production associates to improve processes and measurement methods.
- Perform metallurgical testing.
- Assist with the development of product acceptance criteria and inspection process improvement.
- Develop and/or enhance documented procedures to improve quality and production processes.
- Assist with training personnel in quality procedures, inspection and testing methods.
- Assist with calibration of gages and other inspection equipment.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in manufacturing; quality engineering disciplines or an equivalent combination of education and 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality position required.
- In-depth knowledge of quality tools and methods.
- Demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing inspection and analysis methods.
- Understanding of quality processes and ISO 9001/14001 standards.
- Familiar with calibration methods.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
