Description We are in search of an Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in the legal industry, located in San Rafael, California. The role involves handling civil litigation cases, working collaboratively with the team, and providing top-notch legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional legal services to clients by working collaboratively with team members.

• Handle civil litigation cases from the initial stages through to resolution, including discovery and motion practice.

• Utilize eDiscovery tools and processes to efficiently manage case information.

• Draft pleadings and conduct depositions to gather and present case information.

• Attend hearings to represent clients and advocate on their behalf.

• Manage cases using case management software to ensure timely and efficient resolution.

• Conduct in-depth research to support case arguments and strategies.

• Write and edit legal documents and briefs to ensure clarity, accuracy, and persuasiveness.

• Handle complaints and administer claims in compliance with legal standards.

• Stay updated on legal trends and changes in consumer electronics to provide informed legal counsel. Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the legal field as an attorney or lawyer.

• Demonstrated experience in using Case Management Software.

• Proven ability in Document Management, including creation, review, and filing of legal documents.

• Strong skills in briefing and presenting complex legal matters.

• Experience in Civil Litigation, handling various types of cases with proficiency.
