A Brief Overview Responsible of perform multiple tasks in the Customer Service department as of serve customer calls, process billing transactions, distribute insurance policies, collect of insurance premiums, and provides general customer service.What You’ll Do Uses automated calling system (Aspect) to manage incoming/outcoming calls. Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s questionsIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesMaintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Uses Insurance Agency Systems (AMS 360 and ImageRight) to support customer’s service and process billing transactions.Performs the collection of insurance premiums assigned.Process manual and batch billing transactionsUses POS machine to process electronic payment transactions (credit or debit cards).Performs payment certifications and certificates of coverage.Prepares contracts for premium financing. Requests, prints, and delivers vouchers.Sends correspondence (internal and external mail).Escalating queries and concernsCommunicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.Distribute insurance policy documents to customers by traditional or electronic email.Receive and manage the return mail.Perform customer’s data correction in AMS 360 and Imageright systems.What You’ll Need· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills· Computer skills (Microsoft Office)· Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily· Write, speak, and comprehend Spanish.· Comprehend English· Show willingness to work on new tasks as required by the business· Ability to share work among a customer service team· Analytical and problem-solving skills· Multitasking and organizational skills· Attentiveness and patience· Time-management skills· Ability to find the positive in any situation· Teamwork orientation· Knowledge in Aspect (Lyricall)· Knowledge in AMS 360 and ImageRight· Associate Degree· At least three years’ experience in customer service or their equivalent in experience. Experience in Insurance or Bank Industry is preferred.
