Our client, a specialty aerospace coatings manufacturer in San Jose California is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. As a Human Resources Manager, you will wear many hats, supporting the company and all it's employees. The ideal candidate will have experience processing ADP payroll, recruiting and onboarding experience and benefits administration, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: $100K - $120K D.O.E.

What’s the Job?

  • Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and terminations.

  • Manage payroll (ADP Workforce Now).

  • Monitor and update HR policies and company guidelines, employee handbooks, making sure its application follows government standards

  • Manage benefits open enrollment, and worker's company insurance claims, occurrence and reporting.

  • Coordinate orientation and mandatory OSHA training as well as other mandatory trainings.

What’s Needed?

  • Degree or Certification in Human Resources Management, or Certification in Human Resources; i.e., PHRI or SPHRI (verifiable).

  • 5 years experience in Human Resource Management (verifiable).

  • Solid knowledge of California Labor Law and Regulations.

  • 3-4 years of experience with ADP WorkForce Now .

  • Manufacturing company experience highly preferred.
