Senior Legal Counsel – Position Summary

We’re looking for a sharp, business-minded Senior Legal Counsel to join our clients team and provide strategic legal support across the organization. You’ll work closely with senior leadership on a wide range of matters—M& A, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, employment law, litigation, and more. This role is perfect for a proactive, solutions-oriented attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This is 5 days a week on site in San Jose - no remote option

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts—commercial, municipal, real estate, M& A, vendor, construction, and more.

• Manage digital contract workflows, templates, and legal playbooks.

• Advise executive leadership on legal risks and opportunities across all lines of business.

• Support strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

• Counsel on environmental, regulatory, permitting, insurance, employment, IP, and compliance matters.

• Monitor legal developments and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Lead or assist with litigation management and coordinate outside counsel.

• Champion legal processes, help develop training programs, and drive process improvements.

• Support the General Counsel and contribute to department goals and metrics.

  Requirements

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the state bar is required.
