Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Key Responsibilities:

Senior Manager will lead a team of engine shop planning managers, senior staff representatives and maintenance planning analysts who are responsible for planning, scheduling and staging all materials (modules, components, and parts) needed for the engine product lines in engine maintenance.

  • Lead team of engine shop planning managers, planners and Material Planning Analyst.

  • Establish and measure all tasks within engine disassembly and assembly for all engine types (MRO)

  • Work closely with all material supply owners to assure material demands are met

  • Proactively advise engine shop production managers and managing director of impending production interruptions

  • Establish and measure subtask goals for support departments such as stores and inspection

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • BS/BA in Business, Aviation or technical field

  • 8 years in the aircraft maintenance industry with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role required

  • Knowledge of aircraft or engine maintenance operations and processes

  • Familiarity with engine and module build configurations

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Adept and persuasive at leading transformational change

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Leadership experience in an engine maintenance position

  • Strong background and knowledge of engine maintenance operations and maintenance programs

  • Strong understanding of engine and module build configurations

  • Lean or Six sigma training

The salary for this position is $118,350 - $173,580 dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
