Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be a pivotal figure in our office operations, managing office bookings, maintaining schedules and calendars, and ensuring a seamless experience for partners and clients. This role is primarily based at a desk, with a backup provided for breaks and lunches.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the booking requests for 25 office spaces using Manhattan One.

• Greet and receive partners or clients, ensuring reservation details are accurate.

• Handle room configurations and setups for different occasions.

• Oversee catering or food ordering for office events and meetings.

• Maintain up-to-date schedules and calendars, ensuring efficient office operations.

• Answer and transfer calls on a multi-line phone system, maintaining detail-oriented communication at all times.

• Accept and sort mail, as well as handle deliveries.

• Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information with discretion.

• Communicate with managers and clients on job or deadline issues.

• Take on additional projects as assigned, exhibiting adaptability and initiative. Requirements • Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Understanding of medical coverage policies

• Knowledge of hiring processes

• Experience in receptionist duties

• Ability to answer and transfer calls efficiently

• Experience in partnering with other departments for smooth operation

• Ability to handle deliveries and manage inventory

• Experience in monitoring and managing attendance

• Knowledge of configuration management

• Experience in handling reservations

• Familiarity with backup technologies

• Experience in arranging catering for meetings and events

• Excellent written communication skills

• Proficiency in multi-line phone systems

• Experience in switchboard operations

• Ability to manage pantry and snacks efficiently

• Experience in sorting incoming mail

• Ability to setup conference rooms for meetings

• Experience in handling confidential documents

• Knowledge of company perks and benefits

• Basic understanding of banking operations
