Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Upon referral provides professional Physical Therapy services including evaluations, planning individual patient care programs, and treatments. Demonstrates/uses current knowledge of principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Participates in job related departmental functions as an integral member of the patient care team
Qualifications
Minimum:
New graduate without experience acceptable, unless a specific number of years required due to the needs of the department at the time of the appointment, is required.
Master's and/or Baccalaureate degree from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the Council on Medical Foundation and Hospitals of the American Physical Therapy Association or its equivalent required.
Basic Life Support Certification (AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers) required.
California Physical Therapist licensure (LIC PT).
Pay Range
$42.82 - $62.09 /hour
