Our client, a small law firm located in the Financial District in San Francisco and specializes in complex commercial litigation, is seeking a full-time Legal Secretary for their growing practice. This role is on-site 4-5 days per week and offers flexible work schedule (8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm, or 10:00am-6:00pm).

Requirements

Experience required:

• Minimum of 5+ years of legal secretary/legal assistant experience

• Word processing

• E-filing in State and Federal Courts

• Assisting with trial binders, copying and scanning

• Timekeeping Willing to train

• Scheduling meetings

• General office assistance

• Assisting with overflow work as needed
