Acosta Group Google Merch Program Manager in San Francisco, California
DESCRIPTION
As part of the Channel Sales & Activations team, this role supports the end-to-end process for non-commercial hardware devices (NCUs) in North America including retail demos, partner seeding, field training and advocacy, external testing, and internal use. You will help get the latest Google products in the hands of thousands of users, while driving future NCU strategy by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will optimize spend while enhancing NCU productivity.
The ideal candidate has a strong combination of an analytical and project management background and is passionate about leveraging data to solve complex problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Role responsibilities vary in accordance with the product launch cycle. Pre-launch: Collect and track NCU demand from XFN teams, ensuring spend is aligned with OPEX plan. Launch: Partner with Order Management team to track shipments and troubleshoot issues. Post-launch: Conduct NCU audit of demand vs. actuals, partner with SalesOps on NCU ROI analysis, support end of life return programs.
Ongoing projects: Communicate key NCU milestones with cross-functional partners. Meet regularly with Finance to ensure NCU program forecasts and actuals are accurate and up to date. Track internal orders for sustaining products and create quarterly reports on spend by categories.
QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS degree in any field or equivalent experience of 5 years
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite)
Google Sheets formula wizard
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Salesforce, SQL, or PLX
Corporate or field experience in consumer electronic or carrier channel
