Our client in searching for a skilled Associate Attorney to contribute to their growing practice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters alongside experienced partners and senior associates, providing valuable support and guidance to clients. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues within the real estate law domain.

• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, leases, and transactional documents.

• Assist with case management, including document organization, scheduling, and preparation for hearings and trials.

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and execute effective legal strategies.

• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.

• Stay informed about developments in real estate law and related areas of practice.

  Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the California State Bar.

• Reside in the San Francisco Bay Area

• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law, with a preference for candidates with experience in real estate law.

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

• Willingness to be on-site up to 5 days per week, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule.
