Responsibilities You will serve as a Deputy Installation Cost Manager (DCM) assigned to the Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD) of the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR). You will support the Cost Manager by tracking and assessing financial trends and develop mitigations for all NAVWAR installations. You will assist the Cost Manager with Installation Contract Readiness Reviews (ICRR) and chairing in their absence when necessary. You will be responsible for financial health monitoring, control, and reporting. You will monitor and control costs to achieve efficiencies and "should cost" savings as well as support cost modeling and analysis. You will standardize documented process(es) and process related assets to monitor, control, communicate, and report Change Order Request Notification, Limitation of Cost, Limitation of Funds, and Request for Equitable Adjustment. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with C4I Programs, C5ISR Systems/Capabilities and System of Systems Integration on Afloat Platforms and Shore Facilities. Perform analysis, review and validate object quality evidence in support of Fleet Introduction Team (FIT) activities.
