*What you'll do: *

• Majority of position is administrative on the computers/phones, but 30-40% includes face-to-face patient interactions
• Paper charting

• Post-op wound checks & dressing changes

• Relaying normal/abnormal pathology results

• Ensuring Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.

• Providing direct patient care within the scope of practice - patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.

• Working collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care

Required Qualifications:

• CA RN license
• American Heart Association BLS
• ADN or Nursing Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• One year outpatient RN experience
• 2-3 years case management
• 2-3 years breast care or gynecological experience
• Epic experience
• Previous triage experience as RN
