Job Summary:

The Receptionist will serve as the face of the company, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.

  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  • Support property management team with tenant communications and other related tasks.

  • Handle inquiries and provide information about company services.

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Professional appearance and attitude.

  • Knowledge of property management industry is an advantage but not required.
