The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a seasonal Luxury Suites Supervisor to join our team at Petco Park in San Diego, California. As a Luxury Suites Supervisor, you will ensure all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while guests receive the highest quality of customer service.

Pay

$20.00 - $24.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Supervises and coordinates activities of the suites on a per-shift basis, including training and enforcing work procedures and service standards.

• Observes, evaluates, and documents the job performance of associates and assists with personnel performance.

• Ensures that all equipment is set up properly and operating efficiently and accurately.

• Ensures all areas remain clean, sanitized, and safe.

• Analyzes and resolves all problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management.

• Estimates, requests, and inspects supplies and inventory.

• Ensures accuracy of all deliveries.

• Adheres to and enforces inventory and labor control measures.

• Performs opening and closing procedures for assigned areas.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

More about you

• A minimum of two years experience in a food service position required.

• Previous cashier experience required.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to GuestPath’s Universal Service Standards.

• Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training.

• Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation, and safety issues.

• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory.

Physical requirements

• Standing and walking for entire length of shift, twist at waist, bending and squatting.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
