Our client, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to advancing patient care and safety, is looking for a contract Inventory Clerk. This is a fully onsite role located in San Diego, CA, 92123
Pay Rate $24/hr
Contract Duration: 9-Months
Schedule: Varied - May work 1 day in the morning shift, next day might be Night Shift etc.
Hours: 40hrs/wk
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
Inventories supply areas and maintain inventory availability based upon min/max levels/ consumption/stat demand needs of the customer and according to prescribed routes within specified time frames. Maintains organized, clean and labeled supply areas. Rotates and restocks supply shelves, checking for and removing outdated supplies.
Responds to customer needs and requests for stock and non-stock supplies.
Documenting, tracking and data entry related to product/linen usage.
Assists with inventory management in the Central Distribution & Receiving area including put aways, cycle counting, express issues.
Use of the handheld to take inventory and track package delivery.
Verifies accuracy of stock/part number, unit of issue, quantity, and time supply required.
Receives deliveries, may assist in unloading trucks.
