Description

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to serve as the face of our client's company, delivering support and solutions that leave a lasting, positive impression. This is a hybrid role, but candidates must be available to work on-site full time for the first 3-4 months during training and onboarding before transitioning into a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally and efficiently communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chats to resolve inquiries and concerns.

• Build rapport with customers by providing accurate information, solutions, and product recommendations.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM software.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvements.

• Manage multiple priorities efficiently while delivering stellar service in a fast-paced environment.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or client support role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.

• Flexible and adaptable to a structured hybrid model (initial on-site training followed by remote and on-site blend).
