Robert Half is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Collections Specialist to join our client's team on an immediate contract basis, with the potential for a contract-to-hire arrangement. As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our receivables, engaging with clients through phone and email, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume collections calls and emails to clients with outstanding balances.

• Utilize strong customer service skills to address client inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the 30-60-90 day aging process and take appropriate actions to accelerate collections.

• Perform detailed data entry to accurately record and update customer information.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and discrepancies.

  Requirements

Proven experience in collections, with a strong understanding of the collections process.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients professionally.

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.

Familiarity with 30-60-90 day aging and the ability to prioritize collections efforts accordingly.

Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.

Bilingual in Spanish is helpful but not required.
